Student follow up

Homework hand in

The programmed activities have a set date and the schedule for handling them in should be respected by all means. Deliberately it has been made impossible the sending of different versions of the same homework. Besides, it is also not allowed to send overdue home works. Therefore, the student must have in mind the following:

  • The limit date to hand in the activity
  • The time limit  to send in the activity will be the 23:00 hours
  • Only a single sending must be made
  • The system will not allow late turn ins

These conditions have the single goal of managing the relationship between teachers and students in the virtual scenario that by necessity should be clearly defined.

Virtual Class Room and relationship with the teachers

The teaching team of the Web 2.0 practice: tools and resources is made of by four teachers that collectively will attend the Virtual Class Room. Nevertheless, for each and every one of the chores a responsible teacher will be assigned so that in case of doubt a student will not have to contact with the whole teaching team.

The use of e-mail is unusual in this course. But, if necessary the e-mail should be directed to the teacher responsible of the course under the following terms:

  1. Destiny: To the Institutional e-mail address of the teacher. For example: jesus.romo@ehu.es
  2. In the e-mail's "Subject" it is compulsory to write: [web 2.0 HR]
  3. In the e-mail's "Subject" the motive for writing the e-mail should be written. For example: [web 2.0 HR] query about the Holly Week calendar
  4. The student should preferably use the G mail account that is obtained from the Activity 3 and as an alternative his Institutional Account (from the University). Messages sent from other accounts will not be taken into consideration

As it is well known, the course Web 2.0 practice: tools and resources will take place using the Virtual Moodle Class Room deploy to that effect, but also other means will be used in a web environment that will be determined as each activity requires.
