	Ana Areitio PhD in Economics from the University of the Basque Country (Universidad del País Vasco / Euskal Herriko Unibertsitatea -UPV/EHU-) and Bachelor in Computer Science from the University of Deusto, and Specialist in Systems Management and Information Technology in the Enterprise by the Polytechnic University of Madrid. She is currently a professor in the Department of Applied Economics V, Faculty of Economics and Business at the UPV/EHU and member of research group Applied Computing Laboratory (Laboratorio de Informática Aplicada / Informatika aplikatuaren Laborategia -LIA/IAL-). 	Gloria Areitio PhD in Computer Science from the University of Deusto and Specialist in Systems Management and Information Technology in the Enterprise by the Polytechnic University of Madrid. She is currently a professor in the Department of Applied Economics V, Faculty of Economics and Business at the University of the Basque Country (Universidad del País Vasco / Euskal Herriko Unibertsitatea -UPV/EHU-). We provided teaching: in subjects related to information technology and communication, knowledge management and groupware, all within organizations, as well as the design and construction of information systems that integrate IT tools in the current companies. Our main areas of research are: the design of information systems and knowledge management, information technologies applied to university education, and the timing and application of ICT in building the information society.
	Teresa Areitio PhD in Computer Science from the University of Deusto, Specialist in Science, Technology and Society from the Autonomous University of Madrid and Specialist in Business Administration from the Polytechnic University of Madrid. She is currently professor in the Business School of Bilbao, University of the Basque Country (Universidad del País Vasco / Euskal Herriko Unibertsitatea -UPV/EHU-). She teaches: in subjects related to information technology and communication, electronic commerce, office applications for business managers and the quality and information security in ICT applied in the business environment. My main research areas are: information systems management, security in ICT for the business environment and information technologies applied to university education.
