Condenan a The Pirate Bay (The Pirate Bay Condemned)

The Pirate Bay is Condemned for "assisting in the distribution of contents that have Copy Rights?. If that intermediation concept was to be a crime and it would be applied to its full extend it would be hard to imagine what kind of society could be built on those terms.
