There is an European debate that questions, from a Philosophical and Jurisdictional view point the model of protection that Intellectual Property should have in the digital era. The democratization of technology and the access to communication networks, particularly Internet have meant a change in paradigm of production and distribution of cultural goods. At the same time a relative loss of control by the title holders and managers of those rights has taken place .
